西藏藜麥粥 Tibetan Quinoa Porridge

西藏藜麥粥:

  1. 將適量藜麥放入碗中。
  2. 在熱水中浸泡15分鐘。
  3. 清洗,直到漂洗水的顏色變清。
  4. 準(zhǔn)備并將牦牛肉剁碎。
  5. 在所有材料都準(zhǔn)備好后,開始在高壓鍋里煮制。

首先在高壓鍋里加水煮牦牛肉。

將牦牛肉煮成湯,然后加入藜麥,燉20分鐘左右。20分鐘后即可食用。

加一小撮鹽,味道會(huì)更好。

Tibetan Quinoa Porridge:

  1. Put the amount of Quinoa you want in a bowl.
  2. Soak it in hot water for 15 minutes.
  3. Wash it until the color of the rinse water changes to a clear color.
  4. Prepare some yak meat to add into it. The meat needs to be chopped well.
  5. When all the ingredients are prepared, then start to cook in a pressure cooker.

When you start cooking, first add water in the pressure cooker with the yak meat.

Boil the yak meat and make it into a soup, then add the quinoa into the soup and cook it for almost 20 minutes on low. After 20 minutes, it is ready to serve.

Just add a pinch of salt for a better taste.
